Privacy policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

This policy covers the FunGames application and its website at www.infinitepercentage.com/fun-games/. FunGames is provided by Infinitepercentage - Unipessoal LDA. For privacy questions, contact jp@infinitepercentage.com.

Information in the app

FunGames works offline. It does not require an account and does not send your gameplay, scores, settings, or saved progress to us. The app does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics services, and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Data stored on your device

The app stores settings and saved game progress locally so that your choices and progress can be remembered. Removing the app may remove this information. Device backups are controlled by your device settings and the platform provider; we do not operate a cloud backup service for FunGames.

This website

The FunGames pages are static and do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies of their own. When you visit, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and maintain relevant support records. Our email provider processes messages to provide that service. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Website and email service providers may process information necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from players, including children. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has sent personal information through a support message and they would like it removed.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored app data by removing the app, subject to your device's backup settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you sent us by email, contact the address above. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
